A perfect cruise!
This was amazing! The whole island seems like it is straight out of paradise. Despite being fairly small, every nook and cranny seemed like it had something to offer. Our skipper was great, and all the activities like snorkeling and swimming and free time on Capri Island were great, Blue Grotto being my favorite, hands down. I would definitely recommend this tour!
No wonder why Blue Grotto is so famous!
Had a blast sailing around Capri! From crystal-clear water to stunning caves, the trip was perfect. We had a chance to jump in the water to snorkel, which was brilliant fun. The whole trip was very relaxing. There were only 9 of us onboard, so it was a great opportunity to just lie down and catch some rays. The experience is 100% recommended if you are in the vicinity!

DISCOVER THE AMAZING BLUE GROTTO
To start, you will go to the meeting point to meet up with the boat captain. After boarding, the Capri boat tour will commence. As you sail around Capri Island, you will quickly notice the number of beautiful caves and impressive rock formations present around the island. One of your first stops on the tour will be Grotta Bianca. This cave is a union of two separate caves, combined into one by erosion effects. Home to an abundance of stalagmites and stalactites, Grotta Bianca can be accessed directly from the sea by a steep staircase carved into the rock. You will also be visiting the Blue Grotto, the most famous attraction on the island. What makes it special is the narrow Blue Grotto entrance, allowing light to enter the cave and bounce off the bottom emanating brilliant blue into the cave.
SEE CAPRI'S NATURAL ROCK FORMATIONS
Apart from caves, the island is also home to amazing rock formations. The limestone rock on the island has been eroding for millennia, thus providing some stunning shapes on and around the island. The most famous examples you will see are Arco Naturale and the Faraglioni. Arco Naturale was a cave in the Paleolithic period. With many millennia of erosion, the only part left of the cave is a rock arch bridge connecting two rock pillars. With a height of 59 feet (18 meters) and a width of 39 feet (12 meters), Arco Naturale is certainly not going to leave you indifferent. The other famous rock formation is the Faraglioni, also known as Monster’s Teeth. Located just off the coast of Capri, these rock formations resemble enormous teeth rising from the water. Standing at an average height of 328 feet (100 meters), these rocks were formed by wave erosion and are one of the most recognizable parts of Capri Island.
RELAX WITH A DRINK
Apart from discovering the many natural formations on the island, you will also have a chance to relax as well as participate in a few other activities. At some point during the tour, you will have the chance to sunbathe while lying on the boat. Make sure to also sip champagne while you are at it! You will also have the opportunity to jump in the water for a swim and even to go snorkeling and explore what lies beneath the surface.

Why is the Blue Grotto blue?
The Blue Grotto, or Grotta Azzurra, is a sea cave near Capri, famous for its glowing blue waters. It may look like a dark cave from the outside, but once inside, the water shines a bright turquoise.
This magical glow happens because of sunlight entering through an underwater opening. A 9-meter-wide hole beneath the entrance filters sunlight, which then mixes with the light from the cave’s small opening. This combination makes the water appear to glow. The cave’s deep blue water contrasts with its dark rocky walls, creating a stunning effect. Now you know why the Blue Grotto shines so beautifully!
